Film City, Sector 21, Yamuna Expressway The UP Chief Minister in September 2020 announced Film City on Yamuna Expressway. The YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) decided to develop 1000 acre of film city in Sector 21 along the Yamuna expressway. In December 2020 The CBRE was finalized as a property consultant. In February 2021 CBRE submitted a DPR of film city where film city will be developed in four phases. The first phase is of total 321 acres where 230 acres of filming area, 60 acres of amusement parks and 7 acres of hotels other facilities in other area. The entire film city is expected to be developed by 2024. The first phase is The entire project is expected to be completed by 2028.
